At Killington Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not, you may return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all manufacturer tags and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
